If nobody asked for it for 10 years of uWS, then you need a lot more motivation including benchmarks. There are a metric ton of random options you could add, if you wanted to. Better would be to just expose the FD and let you do whatever you want with it. The lib already does in C++, not sure in JS. socket.getNativeHandle() returns the FD. Probably not exposed in JS.

Would be nice then if the socket handle was exposed and then we can do a different native add-on to set TOS.
