My filters are not synced between different browsers connected to my Firefox account

Prerequisites

• I verified that this is not a filter list issue. Report any issues with filter lists or broken website functionality in the uAssets issue tracker.
• This is NOT a YouTube, Facebook or Twitch report. These sites MUST be reported by clicking their respective links.
• I performed a cursory search of the issue tracker to avoid opening a duplicate issue.
• The issue is not present after disabling uBO in the browser.
• I checked the documentation to understand that the issue I am reporting is not normal behavior.

I tried to reproduce the issue when...

• uBO is the only extension.
• using a new, unmodified browser profile.

Description

When I sync a new Firefox browser to my account, I need to add the custom filters under My filter again. They are not being automatically synced.

A specific URL where the issue occurs.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to a website that supports login with Google;
2. See that the "login with Google" popup appears;
3. Add the filter to avoid the annoyance manually: accounts.google.com/gsi/* (because they were not automatically synced from Firefox account);
4. Reload the website to see that the filter now works again.

Expected behavior

I'd like my filters to be automatically synced between all Firefox browsers that are connected to my account.

Actual behavior

I have to re-apply the filters under My filters for every new browser instance.
