Contrast menu text with the background

Webboot's menu text does not contrast well with the background on some devices. When webboot is run on a terminal with a white background, the text is a light gray color. Light gray contrasted with a white background is difficult to see for some.

A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
Whatever device webboot is running on, the menu's text should contrast with the background (i.e. black text against a white background or white text against a black background).

I'll take a quick crack at this one. The light grey text on white is unreadable to me.
