Zotero file needs to be kept in sync more often

### Description

Nothing more annoying that having to manually sync the zotero file when I want to quickly embed a reference. Make some kind of hook solution or make me able to set a refresh rate. 

### Use Case

Fast connection between adding ref in zotero to being able to use it in typst.
