Dragging inconsistencies in web app

Description

Dragging files to move between folders in the file explorer seems to be very inconsistent. I've found that trying to drag from the middle of the file does not work at all, while moving from the sides works consistently. I've attached an image to illustrate the approximate areas. The area marked in red do not work for dragging.

I don't remember the full context, but I do remember that we discovered this before and that it is Firefox-specific and tricky to fix.
