Allow users to "favourite" Typst Universe templates

Description

Would be nice to be able to browser templates on universe and favourite the ones you like, and have those show up in a list on the webapp when you are choosing a template

I'd appreciate this as well, ideally not only for templates but also for packages (to remember those that I consider useful).
