File upload failure due to network problems does not show any error

Description

When trying out the Typst online app, the file upload doesn't do anything.
The prompt appear and you can choose a file (and the file properties shows correct) but when pressing "Upload File" the prompt closes and does nothing.
No progress and no notification of file upload.

The file is not uploaded either.

The file upload does not work in both "Connected" and "Not Connected" state of the app.

This is tested in multiple projects and two browsers with the same behavior.

This was happening to me yesterday too, except now when I try and open Typst I get redirected to api.typst.app with the error "The site can't be reached". Both of these issues seem to be part of general backend issues

Same here on Win10 with Firefox. Have this issue since around 1 month too.

Also appeared to me using Brave, have discovered the issue for quite some days too, using Linux

Had the same issue on win11, Firefox. Switching to Chrome solved the issue.
