Documentation: hidden tooltips prevent the content under them from being selected (again)

See #201. The bug has reappeared.

pointer-event is always set to auto, even when the tooltip is not visible.

If you navigate to https://typst.app/docs/reference/layout/grid/#definitions and hover over the question mark after "Definitions", this bug prevents you from seeing the tooltip for "Element" (after "cell"), because the "Definitions" tooltip is above the question mark for "Element".
