Offline reference

### Description

I'm loving the PWA version of the app, but would like to access the reference site while offline too. There is a link in-app but it goes to the website only.

### Use Case

I like to work on papers when travelling, especially on long haul flights so it is useful for the majority of times I don't have wifi access.
