Duplicate folder or file

Description

There does not seem to be a way to duplicate a folder using the navigator on the left or other means.

Use Case

I have a project that contains multiple similar subprojects. I cannot create a new one from my "template" by duplication. Every time I have to create a new folder, then new files in it, then copy paste the whole file content. Creating new folders is also buggy (see #288)

I would also find this pretty important. One area where I plan to use Typst in is taking minutes of meetings, where the members do not have to know the complete syntax and function of Typst. Thus, the easiest way is to create a library file which the others access for functions etc, and a template file which gets copied every time a new minute is created. Currently, the best option I can see is just creating a new file and copying the entire document into it which is not ideal from a UX standpoint or regarding the maturity of the Typst app.
