"Can write" permission toggle state is out of sync (UI vs. behavior) when sharing a document

Description

Basically, After user joined my read-only link, they didn't have permission to write. Then I created a read-write link — still can't write. Then I revoked the read-only link — till can't write.

Then I had to change the permission from the "Share" button (in the screenshot). I changed "No" to "Yes" and then the user was able to write. But after each time the user re-entered (in the project; reloaded the page) the ("Can write") value keeps changing/resetting to "No". After 3rd time changing "No" to "Yes" and even after Ctrl+F5 in Firefox, the "No" still appeared. And even with this "No" the user is still able to write in my document. What's up with that? Looks like it is reproducible, so I probably can give some more details. Although, I'm not sure if same will happen if another person will join my document.

I can confirm that, essentially, it is not possible to change the permissions of a collaborator until their reload the page on their side.
