This PR adds two "families" of variants of greater-than and less-than symbols: the missing double-nested variant (we already have
{gt,lt}.doubleand{gt,lt}.triple.{nested,}), and the closed by curve variant, similar to the.trivariants.The equal line on
{gt,lt}.arc.eqis meant to be slanted, but there is no non-slanted version so the current name is likely fine regardless of how the whole slanted equal mess resolves.
