feat: option for IsNotEmpty to not allow empty strings with spaces

If a blank string of length bigger than one is passed there is no validation. It would be nice to implement this validation inside IsNotEmpty or create a new validation isNotBlank.

You can also create a custom validation:

We do not accept new/modify validators currently. I will check this issue after finish refactoring. Thank you for your understanding

You can easily achieve this via the @Matches decorator with /[^ ]+/ RegEx. If you worry about readability you can create a custom decorator as @Larsrdev suggested.
