Bumps docusaurus dependencies to 3.9.

• Added "@docusaurus/theme-classic" to dev dependencies. Running Knip on repo identified it as used in src/types.d.ts but unlisted in the package.json.

@cylewaitforit There was a particular reason I had to add docusaurus/core to the list of dependencies. I can't seem to remember why now, but it was around that time when we were discussing this issue: #10

So I'd prefer if we can just bump the version numbers without changing the dependencies list to be safe.
