0.3 release?

hello! Thanks for this nice library. I'm curious when you expect to release the 0.3 version? I would love to have access to the new Tracer#propagate method.

Note that published snapshots are available, the latest is 0.3-a4cd226-SNAPSHOT

Ah gotcha, that makes sense (I noticed that snapshots were used in the examples). I'm deploying this into an environment in which I don't have control over the resolvers, so I don't think I'll be able to use that. But thanks for the response.

Hmm. Maybe even if v0.3.0 is not ready a v0.3.0-M1 milestone published to Maven central would be useful.

Two items block the 0.3 release:

1. Add mapK to Tracer, SpanBuilder, etc. #284
2. Redesign context implementation #291

I will revisit the issues, and hopefully, we can get them merged soon.

Is there something we would like to squeeze into 0.3.0?

• Add Tracer#currentSpanOrNoop #349 - should be a part of the 0.3.0 release.
• Case insensitive keys TextMapGetter #191 - I have a feeling we can postpone it till the SDK module is ready. Then, we can make the right decision
