Added WhatsApp Calling API

Added support for WhatsApp Calling API which enables a business to initiate and receive calls on their phone number

Added list & carousel messages for Viber

Viber messages now include:

• list messages, where users are presented with a question and 2-5 answers from which they can select one, and
• carousel messages, where there is a single message featuring text and multiple customizable sections (items)

Small fixes
