Command to help reduce ignore file

when you add crie to an existing project it probably fails on a bunch of stuff

crie should have some form of initial ignore list that shrinks based on when a commit already touches something, or some kind of mode that lets you incrementally get files back into order

crie chk -egq --lang golang | grep "✖" | awk '{print $2}' | xargs -n1 dirname | sort | uniq --count | sort -nr

A different kind of ignore more like "skip on main" but "fix in branches"
