Add PPA informations to README

I registered twemproxy project on launchpad here: https://launchpad.net/twemproxy
I created a team "twemproxy" to manage it: https://launchpad.net/~twemproxy (I will be happy to add someone from twitter in it)
Code is auto-import from github here: https://code.launchpad.net/~twemproxy/twemproxy/master
Some recipes are building packages daily or by request: https://code.launchpad.net/~twemproxy/+recipe/twemproxy-stable https://code.launchpad.net/~twemproxy/+recipe/twemproxy-daily

I also created a simple debian packaging dir: https://code.launchpad.net/~twemproxy/twemproxy/debian

I'm not familiar with ppa. it looks good, will it autoupdate once we create a new tag?

I would love to have 2 packages twemproxy and twemproxy-debug. I think it would make sense.

And I have to update here "tag:" : https://code.launchpad.net/~twemproxy/+recipe/twemproxy-stable to push to "stable" repo :)

@rhoml possible but I have to update (and complexify) packaging to be able to build a twemproxy-dbg package.

Do we really need it?

@guilhem I just installed the stable 0.4.0-2~ubuntu12.04.1 but I see that the version installed is nutcracker-0.3.0 on /usr/sbin/nutcracker. This is wrong right?

oh, sorry about the version. I forget to change the version number when I release 0.4.0.

will make it correct in next version.
