Description

This PR does two small things.

• Upgrades firebase library per this pr: [Snyk] Security upgrade firebase from 7.8.0 to 7.22.0 #323. I messed up a merge conflict in that branch (in package-lock.json) so I'm doing a fresh upgrade in this branch.
• Changes node.js requirement from 10 to 12 in README. Per this issue: Requirement should be node engine >=10.19.0 and not 10+, as the serverless-api dependency requires the later version of NodeJS #270. Instead of listing 10.17.0+ as the requirement, I'm just going to list 12+ as version 10 of node is no longer an active version. See: https://nodejs.org/en/about/releases/
