Operator for ceiling numbers

There's the / operator for division and // for division with floor, but nothing for ceil. I'm not sure how floor was picked over ceil as the sidekick but personally I'd love to have them both available.

Would you be interested in a /// operator for division with ceil?

The semantic of the // are the same as the Python equivalent.

Introducing a /// would not really make sense as we would be the only "language" to have it. Instead, I propose to introduce a round filter, like in Jinja that would cover many more cases than just straight floor or ceil operations (like what we already have with the range filter vs the .. operator or with the slice vs the [] operator). See #1255 for the implementation.

Aha, I had no idea about the // Python operator. Makes sense then. :)
