Move support section from General to Security

I believe we should move the "Support" section below, to become the last section the Security tab (keep General tab for most frequent use-cases)

When moving support to Security, should we follow the same conditional rendering behavior as used for Support in General (ie isMultiWorkspaceEnabled) ensuring that the Security section is displayed only when a specific state is enabled or without any condition we should render the support section in Security workspace ? @FelixMalfait
