Display Links cannot write to target block lines beyond line 8 despite resizing

Description

When selecting a target block from this mod as a target for the display link and attach it to a block (i.e. a signal) can you only write to lines 1 through 8, no matter what size the target block has been configured to be.

This causes significant issues, not to mention breaks setups where the old 24 lines were used and expected, requiring to use a lot more target blocks than is really necessary.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Place a Target block next to a computer
2. In the computer, resize the target block to a Y value past 8.
3. Connect the target block with a redstone link to a source (i.e. a track signal)
4. Open Display Link UI and try to set a line past 8 using the scroll wheel.
5. Notice how it doesn't go past 8.

Expected behavior

The target line should be selectable up to the target block's defined size on its Y level.

Looking back at the video, I've noticed that the display link reports the signal to not be a valid display source.

So this may actually be a create issue, where a signal is no longer seen as a valid source?
Actually not really, as even with using other sources that do work can I not change line past line 8.
