Remove reference to fixed Chrome bug in accessibility docs #20145

(Fixed in Chrome v50. Current stable Chrome is v51.)

doing some quite superficial testing, it seems that Microsoft Edge and Safari on OS X also still have this problem (leading me to believe, for the latter, that either webkit regressed, or the early patch that was done was incomplete/reversed)

Feel extremely free to add links to corresponding Edge/WebKit bugs whenever you have the time. 😄
But there's no objection to removing this Chrome bug, correct?
