thead tbody first/lastitem border radius leads to unnice radius in first tbody row

Hi,
i just upgraded from 1.2.0 to 1.3.0 and found that the radius is applied twice first in the thead where it is a charm.
Then its added also to the tbody section
table tbody tr:first-child td:first-child bootstrap.css Line: 1117

sure thats nice if there is no thead, but if you have both its not soo nice.
is there any solution or is this really a bug?
