Nếu bác sửa path của actions/upload-artifact thì phải sửa cả path tạo file của VS project nữa.

@dinhngtu cám ơn bác đã comment. Mình có sửa lại và chạy thử rồi. Giờ output file sẽ là

OpenKey

    └── OpenKeyUpdate.exe
