Redesign search bar to make it stand out #207

Currently, users have a hard time spotting the filters that are shown subtly in the top header bar. Many of the teachers in my meetings with QuaranTunes didn't even know they were there! From Julia Segal (CEO of QuaranTunes):
Make the top bar more obvious w/ability to search by instruments.
Also, Sarah (an amazing designer who created these recommendations) thought that the search bar should be moved as well. I'll probably just add a big blue "Search" button to the app bar so that it stands out more (similar to how AirBnb works). Or, I could just bring it down from the header (to how it is on mobile right now anyways).
