TKLDev - dynamically and/or ask to set squid cache size on firstboot

As noted by @derMart in #1855 - the squid on disk cache was set too low. We have bumped it for v18.x but as discussed over there, a firstboot script might be a good option; either interactive, or perhaps just dynamically?
