what is the meaning of 'find_mean_std.py'?

You need to know them to be able to normalize the data. You can use the find_mean_std.py to find both statistics.

In the training file (train.py), i have to do the segmentation for training dataset and the segmentation for testing dataset or only i have to do the segmentation for training dataset ?
