Custom icon disappears again (defaults to the play icon) on restart

i found this issue here #5. having the same issue on pycharm 2023.3 and 2024 EAP with version 2.2 of this plugin. (not sure when it last did persist im afraid)

run as action with icon set

after restarting pycharm

just to add. if you right click on the toolbar and select customize toolbar the icons appear correctly in the list

then simply clicking "ok" seems to reset the toolbar (it goes blank then icons appear) and the icons are back to the set ones
