Server returned wrong version

Hello,

There is an issue that the version is wrong.
Most recent version of hyper-mcp is 0.1.2, but when I transport initialization then I got the server version 0.1.0.

Can you take a look?

yeah thats correct. i was hardcoding it at the beginning and haven't gotten around to fix it yet.
