[feature request] IOS

I noticed that in the default.json file within the profiles directory here there is an empty profile for iOS. Is this because you haven't got around to supporting iOS or have you tried it already, but there were some challenges with it?

I just don't have an IOS device, and therefore can't provide a profile for that.
You can add a PR for an IOS profile tho
