Copy-free access to individual data?

Getters for Individual table rows are returning vectors.
It seems like we ought to be able to return slices for some of the cases?

This idea runs into GATS as soon as we think about row iterators: we need a lifetime on Self::Item.

This is tough, but may ultimately be possible.

Experiments show that progress can happen in the TableIterator
stores a table reference. Currently, though, I ultimately
run afoul of the borrow checker. I will revisit this when
GATs is stabilized (1.65).

I think that the solution is here a lending iterator, which we can
currently do with the streaming iterator crate.
