This PR adds voltage and frequency display to voltage source schematic symbols.

_getSchematicSymbolDisplayValue()method toVoltageSource.tsto display voltage and frequency valuesformatSiUnit()for proper SI prefix formatting (e.g., "5V 60Hz", "3.3V 1kHz")voltage-source-display-rotations.test.tsxtest covering all rotation angles (0°, 90°, 180°, 270°)closes #1735
