macOS: bump Homebrew release to v0.3a

The Homebrew release of Supermodel is quite old (version 0.2a):

I'm helping to get model3 emulation out of placeholder status so it is more formally part of the ES-DE frontend release.

There has been tremendous work done in 0.3a and feel the Homebrew community deserves an exciting update!

Appreciate that but one of the problems with all these package managers is that the packages quickly fall out of date. This is a part-time project for all of us. I still haven't got around to integrating the GitHub action patch someone submitted a couple years ago (I feel bad about that), let alone dealing with all these package managers.

I think that what we really need is to get macOS automated builds working, then people could just download it directly from here.
