Unconditional webview2 dependency breaks Linux build (e.g. you seem to need a Linux CI job)

After the webview2 addition, the build fails anywhere else than Windows. It seems that adding a ubuntu build job would help catch these. Do you plan that, or would you accept such a PR?

I would definitely take a PR for it, and am not opposed to doing it myself either, I just suck at GitHub actions and don't have an Ubuntu machine at my disposal at the moment.

Ouch, I see even when compiling on Void. If you'd be so inclined as to make a PR, I would greatly appreciate it, but if not, I'll get around to fixing this.

Yeah, the distro does not matter for this. I can try to get some CI in a PR ready, but no time guarantees.
