Binary is copied to /usr/local/bin/status but ENTRYPOINT was pointing to /status which doesn't exist.
- Add DeployAppCommand struct with pull, force_recreate, env_vars options - Implement handle_deploy_app using docker compose up -d - Integrate with StackerCommand enum and execute_with_docker dispatcher - Support image pull before deployment and force container recreation
