Testing on *BSD

One of the reasons for restoring pim6sd was portability, and not just for various Linux libcs, but for any UNIX that implements the MROUTING kernel stack.

I'm unsure of the state of the OpenBSD multicast routing support atm., but at least FreeBSD and NetBSD should be supported.

A secondary objective with testing on other platforms is that you tend to find common bugs as well.
