Try to generate libsc bindings in a separate bindings file referencing
libsc.{so,dylib,dll}directly. Before, we referencedlibp4est.{so,dylib,dll}for all symbols, including thesc_ones. This, however, did not work under Windows (see #32).Hopefully fixes #32.
NOTE: Remove
deps/libsc.jlheaders before merging!!
