'titleForHeaderInSection' and 'sectionIndexTitle' is disappeared on Grouped Style UITableView.

Title Header of Table section is gone when I scroll tableView upward.
Could I turn it back to the sticky header like the pure UITableView works?
Section Index Title Bar problem is same.
