The filtering logic for environment variables was enhanced to exclude variables with falsy values, those whose target array does not include the current Vercel environment, and, for "preview" environments, those with a gitBranch that does not match the current branch. The mapping logic was updated to use the VercelEnvVar type and to set the isParentEnv flag only for branchable environments when gitBranch is absent. Additionally, a changeset was added documenting a patch update fixing the synchronization of preview branch environment variables in the syncVercelEnvVars() function.
