Add JSON-based font support

Encapsulate font information (letter image(s), size information, letter ordering) to a JSON object that can easily be serialized and stored.

This is also part of the tileset loader project. Once uploaded, merge the loading function with the bitmap font loading routines. Matching should be done through tile naming.
