Remove the use of karrick/godirwalk fork

The reason we used the fork is to fix a specific bug at the time.

We should return to use the main version (assume we have our fix there) or consider dropping the use of this package.

Some of the reasons we should not continue using the fork:

• The fork may not be actively maintained.
• The fork may have diverged significantly from the original package.
• The fork may be incompatible with other packages that you are using. This can lead to conflicts and problems with your project.
