[Bug]: "Repositories / <repo_name>" flickers in GUI

What happened?

Current Behavior:
What actually happened, including error codes if applies.

The repository name ("sample-repo" in the screenshot) on the GUI flickers to "#" and back to the repo name on every tab update.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open a repository in the GUI.
2. Look at the repo name at the top left, click "Settings"
3. Watch the repo name flicker to "#" and back to the original repository name.

Expected Behavior

Expected Behavior:

If I am not moving between repositories, there is no need to flicker the repository name.
