Summary

Ship the public Web/TypeScript embedder SDK required by reference-apps #113. This must be a consumable package, not an IDL or CLI test fixture.

• Spec 068 approval.

Definition of Done

• Published/versioned Web/TypeScript package exposes stable init, shutdown, submit, subscribe, compatible.start, compatible.stop, and compatible.kill operations defined by Spec 068.
• Package loads a bundled Traverse runtime WASM plus manifests and capability artifacts without traverse-cli serve in the production path.
• Package forwards runtime-owned outputs, state, and structured errors without deriving business fields in TypeScript.
• Public typings, package README, compatibility/version policy, and deterministic test double are included.
• The package passes the shared embedder conformance corpus and browser test suite.
• A React integration proves traverse-starter and doc-approval execute a bundled workflow without a sidecar.
• Release evidence records package version, runtime-WASM digest, and conformance version.

• reference-apps Extract reusable OSS implementation patterns #113 after Template executable capability package manifests and deterministic build commands #111 and Document adapter responsibilities versus core runtime responsibilities #112 are also complete.
