Adds
requirements-analysisto the existing Transitrix plugin's discovered skills. It resolves explicit PRODUCT/APPLICATION release scope, invokes the versioned scan-plus-report CLI, retains request and source provenance, and separates computed facts from interpretation and proposed actions. The existing compliance-report skill is unchanged.Validation: 134 local regression tests pass; documentation lint passes with four existing warnings; manifest parity, isolated plugin discovery, relative links and whitespace checks pass. The skill frontmatter follows the repository's existing conventions.
Draft: real installed-CLI verification remains outstanding for the four subject cases and negative controls. The documented 2.12.0 candidate has not been exercised by this consumer, and npm publication is not claimed. Complete those checks before marking this ready for review.
