   The kickstart contribution to Pandas library is one of the most valuable experience i have ever done (Thanks to my boss asking me to give a try with this). Throughout the process, i needed to lookup many certain things to make the first Pull Requests accepted, so it is worth noting here. It is better to take small steps first, so I chose a Python test case as a decent start.
