Adds converted_to to the list response and POST /users/:id/lists/:list_id/smart-list-draft/convert, which turns a list that stopped updating into a smart list in one call while the list keeps its address. Converting an already converted list returns the existing smart list, so retries are safe.

Follow-up to #991: turning a list that stopped updating into a smart list.
POST /users/:id/lists/:list_id/smart-list-draft/convert(owner only): takes the smart list create body, usually the draft'sfilters,sourceandmedia_typeas the owner edited them. It creates the smart list and links it in one call.201 { ids }: converted.200 { ids }: already converted, with the existing smart list. Safe to retry after a dropped response.404 list_not_convertible,420at the smart list limit.converted_toon the list response ({ ids: { trakt, slug } } | null): set once the list is converted. Visible to everyone when the smart list is public, and always to the owner. The web redirects the old list page to the smart list with it.Smart list create is unchanged.
