Add integration examples for settlement and bridging

Problem

Developers need working examples to integrate with MARK Protocol.

Proposed Solution

Create examples/ directory with:

1. basic-settlement/ - Submit a settlement intent
2. cross-chain-bridge/ - Bridge RYLA between chains
3. zk-proof-generation/ - Generate ZK proofs (if applicable)

Acceptance Criteria

• Each example has README.md with prerequisites and usage
• Working TypeScript code using viem/wagmi
• Tested against OP Sepolia deployment
