Now the ollama instrumentation currently only works with Ollama version 0.4.0 and later. Maybe we could make it compatible with older versions of it? @nirga

Sure we can try relaxing the >= 0.4.0 - Ideally it will just work and won't require ugly if else to support multiple different APIs
