Contact list is unscrollable by mouse wheel

Don't know if it is related to program itself or a graphical toolkit, but turning of a mouse wheel over contact list doesn't scroll the latter - after the program starts and if the preference "show online users only" is on. After changing it to anything else and returning to "online only"  the scrolling returns.
Linux, 0.4.1 release in portable version.
